Dear Friends,
Unfortunately for the last few years I have been unable to take part personally in the International Workshops and it was only thanks to the wonders of technology that I was able to talk and listen to you from afar. This year, however, with the help of the Almighty I hope to be able to travel to Cluj, Romania, for the Feuerstein Institute's 31st International Workshops and meet with you personally. I plan to give the traditional lectures on the theories of Structural Cognitive Modifiability and Mediated Learning Experience...
